Used once and it didn’t work second time

Used once and it didn’t work when I went to use it to set crossbow again. Tried contacting customer service and no one has returned my messages. I will continue to try to contact someone about a replacement or refund.

cranking malfuntion on Trophy 410X.

I purchased the Scrapeline 390 early September. I am 73with severe arthritis could noy cock withg rope hence returned for the Trophy 410 Xfirst attempt cocking the gear slipped st about 90% to cocked position cable and string flew back crank useless so I returned and have a replacement in box (410 X) I ordered these from Amazon. I ordered the same cranking device from Xpedition to have a spare. If these fail then after all the complaints about this if someone getsseriously injured ---lawsuits guarenteed

Crank device

I received the crossbow as a gift. Shot it about 20 times and love how fast it is and the ease of using a crank device, until it suddenly stopped working while cranking it. Unfortunately the internal gear stripped from its mounting, breaking the crank string and rendering it useless.
I should have registered it, but as a gift I didn't. Now, unless I can fix it, I'll have to buy another cranking device that may have the same design flaw.
I'm not an engineer, but I can see a design flaw and wonder if the company has fixed it. The crossbow is good, but the cranking device is questionable.
