XIT-20 Crossbow Bolts

I have a expedition scrapline crossbow and a expedition xplore ss compound bow I call expedition archery for parts the pick up in no time help me with what I need had it in my mail box in 2 days thank you expedition I highly recommended y'all to go check them out I promise you won't be disappointed

Well, I wanted to order some bolts and a couple strings, after reading some of the reviews, I think I’ll shop around. No one answers the phone. The website sucks , not much choice of what you want to see. I’ll give them a chance to contact me if they want my business.

I was looking at these bolts and like most people I went right for the reviews and I see a bunch of negative. Mostly aimed at the customer service so thats why I'm here. I just wanted to say that I called customer service over a crossbow that I explained that I had picked up at a yard sale and I wanted to identify the model so I could get a few things for it. I needed to know the recommended bolt weight and all that good stuff. So while I am discussing the bow information I asked about the retention spring that holds the arrow to the rail because my spring was up about a half an inch from the rail. I know from other crossbow I have that this wasn't correct. Instead of her trying to sell me a new one she offered to send a brand new one at no cost to me. This to me is about the definition of great customer support and standing behind your product. Honestly I had never heard of Xpedition prior to stumbling across this crossbow but I can tell you right now I will be a forever customer of theirs no matter what field of business they are in. Liz, the wonderful woman that I was lucky enough to speak with had me send her a Pic of my bow and she quickly identified it as a Viking X430. She went through several things with me patiently due to me having several questions about the crossbow. Again, I expected noting but identification maybe and probably a bad attitude because customer service is usually a headache. Liz was an amazing and pleasant surprise. She answered every question replaced a sprung spring and identified the model of my crossbow all for free and with the happiest voice I have ever heard. Great job in your customer service Xpedition. Liz is for sure a keeper!

Never recieved. The t shirt came. I called girl said they were coming out of FLA NOT IOWA. CALLED AGAIN. LEFT MESSAGES. NOTHING.! I am out 232.00. Cant get no response..!

Middle of prime season and I can only order 36 bolts not 3/6 at a time . That’s completely crooked and there’s now way I’d ever use 36 bolts with this bow that’s several deer seasons this bow will be blown up bed then . Completely trash ! Send me 3 new bolts !!!!
