Crossbow Hand Crank

The hand crank stripped out on the first use at 3/4 draw resulting in a dry fire! Not good. Hopefully they will replace with a better hand crank.

It broke on the very first try at 3/4 back. Sent an email to warrany. No reply for 2 weeks now.
I do not mind paying the money, but wish it would work and poss be backed if it does not. Neither happened.

Xbow was a gift and is a good value but the crank failed on the first use. The instructions and illustrations are absolutely terrible! Check out videos for instructions. Crank gears stripped out on first use. The rope cocking system will wear you out after a couple of shots. Will see if Xpedition will warranty the crank cocker and report the results.

Why would you sell junk like this that doesn't work . I'm disabled and needed the crank I'm very disapointed. I don't like to throw money away expecially that much.

Yes, the hand crank is a little noisy, but it is hands-down the best thing I’ve purchased for my bow.
