Cocking device is junk.

I shot the crossbow 25 times and the guide rod that separates the string pulls broke. They don't sell an upgrade or replacement. They want you to buy another one that is exactly the same piece of junk for $79.00. The bow is worthless without it. WTF 😒😒

Docking crank

I purchased the Expedition 410 from amazon. The first time I tried to use the cranking device it broke at half draw. I’m 61 and I’m not strong enough to use the rope pull to cocke the crossbow. I now have a crossbow I can’t use.

The cocking mechanism goes to crap after any kind of use

I love the crossbow, but after about 25 times if using the cocking mechanism, the part that holds the string starts to bend and makes it impossible to cock the crossbow to shoot.

Used once and it didn’t work second time

Used once and it didn’t work when I went to use it to set crossbow again. Tried contacting customer service and no one has returned my messages. I will continue to try to contact someone about a replacement or refund.

cranking malfuntion on Trophy 410X.

I purchased the Scrapeline 390 early September. I am 73with severe arthritis could noy cock withg rope hence returned for the Trophy 410 Xfirst attempt cocking the gear slipped st about 90% to cocked position cable and string flew back crank useless so I returned and have a replacement in box (410 X) I ordered these from Amazon. I ordered the same cranking device from Xpedition to have a spare. If these fail then after all the complaints about this if someone getsseriously injured ---lawsuits guarenteed
