I have the Scrapeline 390x crossbow and the retention spring broke. I couldn't find it on the website so i reached out and they responded almost immediately. It turns out it uses the same spring as the ones listed on the site. I ordered 2 just incase. It was a very simple fix. If i could give 10 stars on the customer service i would.
